Shore uses a rapid, iterative development methodology which combines best industry practices with Shore’s experience. Wherever possible, Shore endeavors to use ministry approved toolsets, open architecture, and non-specific skills to enable easy handoff and supportability. Where applicable Shore avoids 3^rd party vendor proprietary tools so you can modify your application without requiring vendor approval or guidance.

Shore will scope the project and design your infrastructure to your environment. Clarifying requirements is the key to understanding them. Developing functional prototypes early in your project helps to verify key ideas. Incremental delivery provides efficient feedback that allows changes to be applied quickly where needed.

Shore’s iterative cycle allows new discoveries and new requirements to inform the finished product without disrupting timelines or diminishing effort. Shore ensures project quality through regular evaluation, risk identification and mitigation.
