A systems engineer with formal design training, Joseph has spent his career focused on the Ontario Public Sector. He has worked in strategic and advisory capacities and led large-scale development projects for the Ministries of Health, Environment, Education, Finance, Transportation, and others.
Vida Vaitonis
Head of Health Practice
Vida Vaitonis is the former CEO of the Mississauga Halton Community Care Access Centre and former Director of the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care's Home Care and Community Support Branch. She brings over 25 years of leadership experience in government, health industry associations and operations.
Scott McPhee
Head of Solutions Architecture
Scott's deep experience with web application design and development help him guide our approach to iterative requirements analysis, user experience design, and software development. He is leading our innovations in data analytics, heuristics, and metadata structures.
Scott Meredith
Consulting Director
Scott has a varied background that includes project and quality management, but also communications, statistics, and visual design. He has worked in both the private and public sectors, including projects in health care and finance. He serves as a lead on many of our strategic and analytics projects.
Amanda di Florio
Operations Director
In addition to running our Operations group, Amanda has experience as a facilitator and manager in operations design, human resources, information architecture, and knowledge management for both large and small businesses.
Nenad Kovacevic
Head of Software Engineering
Nenad has led Shore's engineering team since 2005. He and his team have a deep and valuable expertise in building enterprise-scale service-based architectures as well as mobile apps, social tools, and case management software.
